Our most practical two-story plan features a large, open concept first floor with a kitchen, dining area and living room. There is also a half bath for everyday use. The second-floor bedrooms are arranged to enjoy privacy for the master suite yet easy access to the other bedrooms. Rightfully so, the laundry is situated in proximity to all bedrooms for optimum convenience. The lower level is roughed-in for a future bathroom allowing expansion for additional living space as the family grows.
